Nature, I find fascinating. From the almost not noticeable murmuring of life in the mud of the Wadden Sea at low tide, an Unesco’s World Heritage List tidal area, to the power of the North Atlantic Ocean. Observing an Albatross or Gannet flying in a storm, making use of the for us humans unnoticeable, subtle, wind changes around waves, is spectacular and makes me humble.

Absolutely amazing the Arctic Tern is flying between the northern breeding grounds (including Waddensea) to the Antarctic coast during southern summer, and back again all in one year.

I feel alive in nature and from there getting a picture of an animal or landscape gives me a smile and intense mood of being part of all that.
